Basic knowledge of fibers: What is "coal rubber"?

What is "call"? Is it the width in millimeters? The width size varies depending on the thickness of the raw materials used and the product's elongation rate settings!

Call rubber is generally referred to as 4-call, 6-call, 8-call, 10-call, and 12-call, but what does "call" mean? (In English, it translates to "code.") "Call" refers to the number of core rubber threads (natural rubber or polyurethane elastic threads) inside. Since rubber threads come in various thicknesses, using thicker threads or rubber threads to make products results in a wider width and greater thickness. It is not measured in millimeters of width, so please do not confuse it. *You can view the detailed content of the article through the related link.
